Quote
The usual process of drafting a quote consists of:
- Gathering information
- Assessing project feasibility
- Drafting a quote
- Presenting details and optional elements to the client
- Adjusting the quote based on client feedback
- Sending an approval version to the client
There may be several cycles before reaching a final version of the quote.
At any time, the quote does not represent an obligation to carry out the work. However, the initial invoice commits us to provide at least the services listed in the associated quote.
Quotes are typically valid for 90 days. The “Expiration Date” field indicates the exact date from which the quote expires and becomes invalid. From that moment, we reserve the right to accept, reassess, or cancel the request.
The “Business Days Needed for Delivery” field indicates the number of business days required, starting from when we have the necessary elements, to complete the mandate. This only concerns our part of the mandate and is an approximation only.

Any additional work and costs not included in this quote will be billed at the current hourly rate. To confirm the rate, please contact us at [email protected].
In most cases, we require payment equivalent to 50% of the total amount before starting the work and the remaining balance upon delivery. Other arrangements can be made but must be included in the quote to be valid and confirmed in writing.
To accept a quote, please return it signed and dated or simply click the link displayed in the email associated with the quote.
Billing

Payable upon receipt within 14 days of the issue date.
Interest of 2% per month for late payments, 24% per year, on overdue accounts, with collection fees charged to the client. In case of non-payment, legal action may be taken.
Goods, products, services, and development delivered remain our property until full payment is received.
Payment reminders will be sent 7 days before the due date and every two (2) weeks after the due date. We will attempt to contact you by phone, email, or other means to follow up on payment. To avoid these reminders, please inform us of the payment date.
Work performed outside of business hours will be billed at double the rate. Rates and hourly rates are subject to change without notice. To confirm the hourly rate associated with your account, please contact us.
Technical Support
Support is offered during our business hours.
Technical support is available only for the products and services we provide.
Use the code chat1020 if requested by a technician. This code may authorize additional fees to be charged. This is to avoid unexpected costs.
Depending on the support request, a technician with the corresponding level will be assigned. In case of uncertainty, a higher-level technician will be assigned to the case if a lower-level technician cannot resolve the issue.
Communications
We prioritize email communication. Occasionally, it may be preferable to communicate by phone. Unless in a unique case, no follow-up will be made on missed calls without a voicemail, SMS, social media, or other means.
When communicating via email or voicemail, please specify the reason for the communication and its importance.

If you are not the intended recipient of a message, you are notified that any dissemination, distribution, or transcription of this communication is strictly prohibited. If you received this email in error, please notify us immediately and destroy the email and any copies in your possession.
Service Limitations
- Email client configuration and email account creation are not included with hosting services.
- If domain name costs exceed the initially specified amount, we will adjust the billed price accordingly.
- Maintenance and/or backup services do not include the purchase or renewal of paid licenses.
- For maintenance services or other cases, following an update of any kind, if a conflict requires significant work (beyond the time included in the service), an estimate will be submitted before performing the work. However, we include the time to restore a backup.
- In the event of a failure or hacking, fees for restoring a previous backup may apply.
- Regarding compatibility, we only consider the latest versions of next-generation browsers.
